I purchased the Portable Neck Fan because it advertised 360° Cooling, a 4 Turbo Cooling System, and a Noise Reduction quiet environment, perfect for when I went to fairs. However, the only control that worked was the one that looked like the on/off switch. That switch controlled the speeds of the fan. The “turbo” inside the cooling system was never on, not with the button that looks like a play/pause button or an on/off switch button. The fan also did not offer 360° cooling; it blew in my face, but nothing went downward. The third setting had power behind it to make my hair blow, but it was also loud, not the advertised quiet environment. Finally, the power cord is 29", but you'll need your own adapter. Although I think the neck fan will still work for me when I go to fairs, it makes me crabby when a product is falsely advertised.
