Packaging is excellent. They should have saved money on the box and put a better zipper. They also should have actual photos not 3D renderings, because it doesn't look like the images on the inside. If you were expecting a Y brand cooler knockoff it's not there. But it's a good soft sided cooler for around $40. I wouldn't pay the price it's on Amazon for.
