I’ve purchased 3 of these mixer bowls, to date- 1 for me and 2 for relatives as very much appreciated birthday gifts. This is a comparison of the Markabubowl versus KitchenAid, (which is on the left). Bowl depth and handles are exactly the same, while the bottoms are very similar. KitchenAid was made in India. Weight is the same, too. Difference is in price. Markabucost me $17.49 and as it went on Lightening Deal on the same day it delivered- I got $1 refunded to me and I’m going to buy 2 more for my daughters. Yes, the Markabubowl does screw securely into my tilt head KitchenAid mixer! You will not regret this purchase! Two bowls often come in handy- especially when making chocolate mousse- or any recipe that requires egg whites to be beaten seperately.
