I finally got the package. it was awhile because my neighbor took it in so no one would steal it. tho she had it in box for several days before I got it. once I opened it to put together the box did have a few holes in the side and the back arm of the chair was broken but other then that the chair works great and is as described. I love this chair It is very comfortable.

I was really surprised by the quality of the product, very satisfied with the purchase
